This document governs the use of aftooni.com and the environmental engineering services provided by A.F.T.O.O.N.I. Consultancy. By accessing this site, you agree to the terms outlined below.
A.F.T.O.O.N.I. provides carbon accounting frameworks, industrial waste management audits, and ISO 50001 energy compliance assessments. All deliverables are prepared in accordance with Standards Council of Canada accreditation requirements and applicable federal regulations. No guarantee of specific certification outcomes is made.
Clients must provide accurate and complete operational data, including energy consumption records, waste manifests, and process descriptions. Delays or inaccuracies in data submission may affect audit timelines and compliance assessments. A.F.T.O.O.N.I. is not liable for penalties arising from incomplete or incorrect client-supplied information.
To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, A.F.T.O.O.N.I.'s aggregate liability for any claim arising from the use of this site or its services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the twelve months preceding the claim. A.F.T.O.O.N.I. is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including regulatory fines or production losses.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. A.F.T.O.O.N.I. reserves the right to suspend access to digital reports or tools if payment is overdue by more than 60 days. Upon termination, all confidential data will be returned or destroyed within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.
These terms may be updated at any time. Registered clients will be notified via email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The current version is dated January 2025.
